Telemedicine sessions available on a HIPAA compliant secure platform by appointment

Telehealth Services

Here are some answers to common questions about our Telehealth services:
1. What device should I use? Telehealth appointments can be on a computer or tablet. Must be using Chrome. Cannot be done on a cell phone.
2. Do I need to download any special apps? No. Once you schedule an appointment, you will be emailed a link that you can use to connect with your provider at the time of your appointment.
3. Do I need to make any special preparations? No, you do not need to do anything to prepare.
4. Is there a price difference for a Telehealth appointment vs. an in-person appointment? No. Insurance will cover the appointment as they would with in-person appointments. Private pay prices are the same as well.
5. Where should I have my Telehealth appointment? When it’s time for your appointment, try to find somewhere secluded and quiet. This will lessen distractions and maintain the privacy of your appointment.

Initially, to request an appointment, you will need to contact the office by email at our HIPAA Secure Email: totalhealthsolutions@protonmail.com or by phone at 954-577-0008. At that time, the necessary time-frame would be established according to your needs and information regarding consent forms will be given. After that, payment can be made and the appointment will be set.
